A new lens for the Wedding Season
I've recently purchased a new lens in a photo bourse: Minolta 28-70 2.8 G... brand new! I negotiated it and get a top bargain (more than 60% off from the current second hand value!!!). I'm quite happy, as this lens is discontinued since several years and is fantastically sharp, receiving lot of praises around the world for its top quality! Surely more portraits to come now, especially as the Wedding season starting in the coming days! :D

Lightning
Long time I didn't post any journal update (last one was from Christmas!). It's not that I have a lot of things to say, but still. I've purchased last weekend some studio strobes, and would love to use them, but I have Minolta camera and this requires a bit more tweaks than expected (different system to trigger flash!). So I'm waiting for my hot shoe adapter... maybe I'll get one today during shopping in Lausanne. Who knows.

Yep, it's been a while. I've just swtiched to Mac, and I'm pretty happy of my choice (iMac24"!). So I might get more pleasure browsing through DA now. And also more pleasure to work on pictures... as soon as I install all the requested materials to work on it! Anyway, until I'll be fully operational on Mac, I'll give you a visit and see what you've been at during the last time!
